Anwesha Aditi

Local Research Assistant (June 2021 -)

Anwesha Aditi is an urban planner by training. After a Bachelor’s in Planning from the Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, she undertook a Master’s in Urban Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi. As an urban planner, her research broadly focuses upon Smart urbanism, infrastructure and resource management, Environment Protection Mechanisms, and Sustainable Smart cities and communities. Anwesha has worked as the local research assistant on the Smart Cities: ‘Provincialising’ the Global Urban Age in India and South Africa project funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation and conducted jointly by University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland and University College London, UK.
